Compassionate Cancellation Policy

Understanding Your Journey

We understand that spiritual journeys can be unpredictable, and profound personal transformation can take many forms. Our cancellation policy is designed to honor both your path and our sacred time together.

One-to-One Mentoring Sessions (£80/hour)

• 24-hour notice: Full refund or free rescheduling.

• Same-day cancellation: 50% charge, with the option to reschedule within 2 weeks.

• No-show: Full charge, but one grace no-show per client relationship.

• Spiritual crisis clause: Waived fees for genuine emergencies if session is rescheduled within 48 hours.

Day Retreats (£99) & Workshops (£80)

• 7 days notice: Full refund minus £10 administrative fee.

• 3–7 days notice: 50% refund or credit toward a future event.

• Less than 3 days: 25% refund or full credit for future event.

• Day of event: No refund; credit valid for 6 months.

Online Courses (£99–£199)

• 48-hour cooling-off period: Full refund.

• Before course starts: Full credit toward other courses.

• After course begins: No refund, but lifetime access remains.

Compassion & Flexibility

If you are experiencing a spiritual emergency, please let us know as soon as possible. We honor the unpredictability of the transformational journey and will work with you to find a compassionate solution.

• Spiritual Emergency Clause: Cancellation fees may be waived for genuine crises, if the session is rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe.

• Transformation Pause: If you are undertaking deep work, you’re welcome to pause your program for up to 30 days with no penalty.

• Sacred Timing: If you feel the timing is not right, please contact us to discuss rescheduling.

Communication

We aim always to respond with understanding. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We are here to support your journey.
